OFFICIAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 854 SUMMARY AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 27, ZONING, OF THE BOROUGH OF JEFFERSON HILLS CODE OF ORDINANCES, AMENDING THE BOROUGH ZONING MAP TO REZONE PROPERTIES IDENTIFIED AS 1421-D-90, 1421-G-76, 1421-G-65, 1421-G-85, 1421-G-93, AND 1421-G-110 TO CHANGE THE BASE ZONING DISTRICT OF THE PROERTIES FROM THE I-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT TO THE I-1 PLANNED INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND REPEAL OF ALL PRIOR INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES OR ORDIANCE PROVISIONS. Public notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Jefferson Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, will consider enactment of the above proposed ordinance, presented in summary form, at its next regular meeting to be held on Monday, March 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers of the Municipal Center, 925 Old Clairton Road, Jefferson Hills, PA 15025. Copies of the above proposed ordinance with complete text are available for public inspection without charge or may be obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof, in the Office of the Secretary, located in the Municipal Center, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on regular business days, Monday through Friday.
