NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that Articles/Statement of Merger-Domestic Non-Profit Corporation were filed with and approved by the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on the 15th day of December, 2015, for the purpose of merging the corporation of Spring Garden Volunteer Fire Company of Reserve Township into the surviving corporation of Mount Troy Volunteer Fire Company, organized under the Pennsylvania Non-Profit Business Corporation Law of 1988, with a purpose to engage in any lawful acts for which corporations may be incorporated under the Non-Profit Corporation Law. Thereafter, Mount Troy Volunteer Fire Company amended its corporate name to Reserve Volunteer Fire Department, filed with and approved by the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on the 22nd day of January, 2016.
