PUBLIC PLANS DISPLAY NOTICE ALLEGHENY COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS NEVILLE ISLAND BIKE LANES Allegheny County Department of Public Works, in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PENNDOT) District 11-0 and the Federal Highway Administration, is conducting a public meeting for the Neville Island Bike Lanes project located in Neville Township, Allegheny County. The purpose of the meeting is to allow the public to view plans for the proposed 5 miles of shared and dedicated bike lanes to be installed along Grand Avenue and Neville Road and ask questions. Representatives from Allegheny County and the design consultant will be on hand to answer questions and discuss concerns.
