Pittsburgh Parking Authority Engineering Services Request for Proposals (RFP) Advertisement 2015 The Public Parking Authority of Pittsburgh is soliciting Proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to conduct an in-depth lighting/energy analysis and provide recommendations for the design of energy-efficient lighting technology upgrades at Authority parking garages and as more fully described in the RFP document. RFP Packets will be available Monday, December 7, 2015 after 3:00 pm on the Authority website at www.pittsburghparking.com and also at the Authority main office located at 232 Boulevard of the Allies, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Prospective bidders are required to submit three (3) copies of the proposal and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal, in a clearly marked and sealed envelope 3:00 P.M. E.S.T. on Tuesday, December 29, 2015.
