NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION TO CONFIRM CONSENT TO ADOPTION AND TERMINATE PARENTAL RIGHTS IN RE: Andrew James Rogers, a minor. NO. AP-228-2016 in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. TO: Cortland James Rogers, parent of Andrew James Rogers, a minor, born on June 25, 2011 in Washington County, Pennsylvania.
