LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2, notice is hereby given that KU Resources, Inc., on behalf of McCormack Baron Salazar, Inc. as the remediator and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of the City of Pittsburgh as the owner, will submit to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Final Report for the CNIG Park site, located on Larimer Avenue in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, on or about February 28, 2017. The Site has been fully characterized and the Final Report being submitted states that no unacceptable adverse risks to human health or the environment exist under the current and currently-planned future use of the Site after the implementation of the Cleanup Plan. The intended future use of the Site is recreational. This notice is made under the provision of the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the Act of May 19, 1995, P.L. #4, No. 2.
