BOROUGH OF PLUM, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ENACTMENT NOTICE UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DEBT ACT Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Plum, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (the "Local Government Unit"), at a meeting held on February 13, 2017, adopted an Ordinance titled and summarized as follows: AN AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 911-16 ENACTED DECEMBER 28, 2016, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A GENERAL OBLIGATION NOTE IN THE AMOUNT OF $412,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF PIERCE SABER PUMPER (FIRE TRUCK) FOR THE RENTON V.F.D AND RELATED MATTERS THERETO. The Ordinance provided for the naming of Standard Bank as Sinking Fund Depository pursuant to the Local Government Unit Debt Act in connection with the issuance of the Local Government Unit's issuance of its $412,000 General Obligation Note. A copy of the final text of the Ordinance may be examined by any citizen between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., prevailing time, on regular business days at the office of Plum Borough, Borough Manager, 4575 New Texas Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15239.
