MOON INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at the offices of Houston Harbaugh, P.C., 401 Liberty Avenue, Three Gateway Center, 22nd Floor, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15108, the Moon Industrial Development Authority (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. The hearing will be held for the purpose of considering the issuance by the Authority of its Industrial Development Revenue Note for the benefit of ProMinent Fluid Controls, Inc. (the "Company"), the owner and occupant of the facility being financed, for an industrial development project for the Company. The Company has requested that the Authority issue its tax-exempt industrial development revenue note in a principal amount not to exceed $4,000,000 (the "Note") to finance the construction of an approximately 35,512 square foot manufacturing facility on property of the Company located at One Mercantile Drive (RIDC Park West), Findlay Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, adjacent to its current facility at 136 Industry Drive, for the manufacture of metering pumps and related products. The Company will be the owner of all facilities constituting the project. Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing to provide information and make any statements concerning the foregoing.
