BOROUGH OF PLUM OFFICIAL NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD The Borough of Plum Zoning Hearing Board has scheduled a hearing for Wednesday March 15, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. at the Municipal Building located at 4575 New Texas Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15239. The hearing is as follows: 1. ZHB-201706 - A request from Robert Beduch, owner of 225 Plum St, zoned R-2, for a rear yard setback variance of 8 feet, a side yard variance of 4.5 feet, a height variance of 5 feet and a size variance of 225 square feet, for a constructed carport. The request does not conform to ordinance 506.4a, which requires a minimum setback of 10 feet from the rear and side property line and ordinance 772-07 which allows on lots up to one (1) acre - maximum size of a detached garage shall be 675 square feet. Maximum height shall be 15 feet.
