BOROUGH OF GREEN TREE NOTICE OF ORDINANCES The following ordinance was enacted into law by the Green Tree Borough Council at their meeting held on December 7, 2015: Ordinance #1742 Adopting the Budget for the year 2016. Ordinance #1743 Fixing the real estate tax rate for fiscal year 2016 and providing for discount and penalties as authorized by law. Ordinance #1744 Implementing the terms, conditions and annual salaries, hourly rates of pay and fringe benefits of full-time police officers for the period commencing 1/1/16 and ending 12/31/18, as negotiated by and between the Borough of Green Tree and Teamsters Local 205. Ordinance #1745 Setting the fringe benefits for all full time employees not included in a collective bargaining agreement and exempting the borough manager, the borough engineer, and the chief of police. Ordinance #1746 Repealing in its entirety Chapter 13 and adding GO 13-15 - Vehicle Pursuits to the existing Police Department Manual, Policy, Rules and Procedures. Ordinance #1747 Adding GO 32-15 - Response to Routine & Emergency Calls to the existing Police Department Manual, Policy, Rules and Procedures.
