In accordance with Chapter 25 of the Township Code, all bidders must be pre-qualified by the Township by Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Township of Upper St. Clair.
