Notice of Confirmation of Final Estate Accounting In the Circuit Court for the City of Roanoke, Virginia 05-604 Victoria D. Coleman, heir at law to the estate of Virgil T. Coleman Jr., died on March 13, 2012 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. No one has qualified to administer Victoria D. Coleman's estate in Pennsylvania or elsewhere. Virgil T. Coleman Jr., father of Victoria D. Coleman, died intestate on May 13, 2005, in Roanoke, Virginia. At 10 a.m. on March 2, 2016, a final accounting approving the distribution of the proceeds of Virgil T. Coleman Jr.'s estate, including distributions to the estate of Victoria D. Coleman, will be presented for confirmation to Deborah A. Oehlschlaeger, the Commissioner of Accounts for the Circuit Court for the City of Roanoke, Virginia (26 Kirk Avenue SW, Roanoke, VA 24011). All persons with objections or having claims against the estate of the decedent, Victoria D. Coleman, shall make known the same in writing to Rhodes, Butler & Dellinger, P.C., Admr. of the estate of Virgil T. Coleman Jr., c/o Harry S. Rhodes, Esq., 318 Washington Avenue, Roanoke, Virginia 24016 by March 2, 2016, at 10 a.m., OR present to Deborah A. Oehlschlaeger, Commissioner of Accounts for the Circuit Court for the City of Roanoke, Virginia, 26 Kirk Avenue SW, Roanoke, VA 24011 by March 2, 2016, at 10 a.m., its objection to the approval of the Final Accounting of the estate of Virgil T. Coleman Jr. or its claim against the estate of the decedent, Victoria D. Coleman.
